Polyaspartic coatings are the top of the line. They're a subset of polyurea with even faster cure times (walk-on in 2–4 hours, drive-on in 24 hours), excellent UV stability, and the highest abrasion resistance of any common floor coating.
The challenge: fast cure time means fast working time. You have 15–30 minutes of pot life with most polyaspartics. This requires experience and a well-coordinated crew. One hesitation and you have a lap mark that's there forever. Not a beginner product.
